A project to help reduce the euthanasia rate of cats in the Combee Settlement/Saddle Creek community by reducing the stray population through Trap/Neuter/Return.
The Combee Settlement Project
Feral Fanciers, Inc. supports a TNR program in the Combee Settlement community by loaning out feral cat traps and offering spay/neuter for feral cats at no cost, until August 31, 2013, made possible by a grant from Florida Animal Friend®.
